Johanna Roldan

Johanna Roldan is an accomplished real estate professional with over 5 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales and marketing. She joins the Foote & Santos team as the Team Manager where she specializes in transaction management and client relations. Before becoming a member of the Foote and Santos team, she served as the Marketing Director for another top producing real estate team in South Florida. Johanna joined the Florida Association of Realtors as a licensed realtor in 2012.

Johanna was born and raised in South Florida and spoke Spanish as her first language before learning fluent English, and going on to study Italian. She completed the totality of her education in Miami, earning a degree in Business Administration and graduating Summa Cum Laude from Miami Dade College. Her business acumen, education, and language skills have proven indispensable throughout her real estate career as she has worked with countless international clients.

Johanna knows Miami inside and out and she has a passion for the city she grew up in. She likes to stay involved in the community by volunteering locally at places like Vizcaya or for organizations like No Kid Hungry. In her leisure time you can usually find her reading, gardening, cooking, or spending time with her husband and young son.

Johanna is an integral member of the the Foote & Santos team, and the brokerage.
