From Little Rock, Arkansas to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, the Lowell history spans 3 generations of home builders and Real Estate experts. In 1997, Lani Kahn Drody joined her father, S. Lawrence “Larry” Kahn, at the helm of Lowell Homes, Inc. Lani was named “Builder of the Year” in 2001 by the South Florida Builders Association, and in 2006, like her father, she became president of the organization. She was the first woman to hold the post in the organization’s 60-year history. Together, they built thousands of homes throughout South Florida and oversaw over $1 billion in Real Estate.

Lowell International Realty is a boutique real estate firm specializing in showcasing and selling South Florida’s luxury properties. Throughout the years, we’ve built an exceptional reputation for comprehensive and personalized service, state-of-the-art marketing, and unmatched sales performance.

In 2010, Lowell International Realty was founded as a full-service, concierge-style real estate brokerage.
