Meet Lani
A Miami native and 30-year veteran of the real estate business, Lani has built and sold thousands of homes in South Florida throughout her career. Prior to her tenure with the Lowell Companies, Lani sold and marketed luxury waterfront condominiums for The Sunshine Group, a New York-based real estate brokerage and served as the Financial Services Director for a large independent Miami brokerage.
Lani served as president of the Builders Association of South Florida– the first woman to hold that post in the organization’s 60-year history and as a Director of the National Association of Homebuilders. She was subsequently named “Builder of the Year” by the BASF. Lani served on the Residential Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors and on BBVA Compass Bank’s Advisory Board.
A proud wife, mom of 2 boys and multiple family pets, Lani’s passion lies in helping people in life and…. in real estate! She carries on a long family tradition of real estate sales and development as she proudly carries on the legacy of her late father, and founder of Lowell Homes, Larry Kahn. She loves what she does, has cultivated an incredibly talented team of professionals who provide top notch service, and is very hands on with all of her customers.
