Carrie is hands down one of the best, if not the best, Realtor in a very tough market. Miami and the South Florida area are notorious for volatile market movements and difficult negotiations. Carrie is extremely knowledgeable about the entire area; Not only price/value comparisons, but also neighborhood details. Furthermore, she is an excellent client advocate and negotiator when things get tough. Best of all, she maintains her easy-going demeanor and sense of humor through it all!

Lani is a pro! Helped ups purchase a forclosure property that was also in great demand. Guided us through the many complexities of purchasing a bank owned property.
