Area Guide Palmetto Bay

Palmetto Bay is a neighborhood just south of Pinecrest, along Biscayne Bay. Its a luxurious suburb with much of the same charm as Pinecrest although it has a different feel. The approximately 10 square mile community was incorporated in 2002 and is now known as “The Village of Parks” due to the number of open green-spaces scattered throughout. The vibrant village offers a myriad of shops and restaurants, beautiful outdoor spaces, close proximity to the bay and exquisite real estate at affordable prices.
