General Overview

High-octane and urban Brickell is Miami’s financial capital, but over the years, it has shed its image in favor of a more vibrant skin, one with exciting mixed-use developments and top-tier amenities. It is still busy, but with room to breathe, making it a top choice for young urbanites who want to be in the center of action.

Brickell is home to a multitude of cultural, culinary, and retail attractions. These include Brickell City Centre, which offers four levels of premium shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some of the must-visit establishments in the shopping center include Pubbelly Sushi, which is famous for using only the freshest ingredients on its menu; and a 107,000-sq. ft. Saks Fifth Avenue department store that’s well-stocked with every luxury item anyone could possibly want.

In between Brickell’s tall skyscrapers are pockets of green where residents and visitors can meditate and work out. These include Brickell Key Park, a 1.25-mile waterfront jogging path that boasts some of the most amazing views of Key Biscayne, the Port of Miami, and the Downtown area.

  A new development in the city, The Underline is a project dedicated to transforming the land below Miami’s Metrorail into a multi-purpose space. Spanning 10 miles, the area is slated to become a linear park, complete with an urban trail, an outdoor gym, and gardens.

  Located at Brickell City Centre, EST.33 Thai Craft Brewery & Kitchen offers an exciting blend of Asian and American cuisine. Helmed by chef Sean Bernal, must-try dishes include lobster jungle curry, Chinese char-siu pork rib, and Thai spice-rubbed beef brisket, all of which are complemented by their signature craft beers.
