Palmetto Bay – The Community
Palmetto Bay has been dubbed “The Village of Parks” due to the number of green-space parks throughout the community. The Village of Palmetto Bay is a family oriented neighborhood along Biscayne Bay with many different styles of luxury homes to chose from. Although only incorporated in 2002 Palmetto Bay has already established its own unique identity and the neighborhood continues to grow. Palmetto Bay is located south of 136th Street and north of 184th street along Biscayne Bay. This community is approximately 10 square miles.
