Susan Serrats, Closing Coordinator with Lowell International Realty, has worked with the Lowell companies for more than 16 years. Prior to joining the Lowell family, she worked for 20 years in the airline industry where the foundation of her customer service skills was built. As a Pan American Airways Purser, she traveled the world and gained a unique understanding of diverse cultures and an appreciation of customer needs.
In her capacity as Closing Coordinator, Ms. Serrats brings years of experience working with lenders, buyers and sellers in many capacities. Her exceptional customer service and organizational skills along with her “Customer Comes First” doctrine mean that you are in the best of hands.
